What lands in Google Sheets

One capture, one row. Driftto writes to columns A and B of the tab you picked and leaves every other column alone.

Column A
Your note, or its first line when it runs longer. Capped at 120 characters.
Column B
The whole note, first line included, when it runs over one line or past 120 characters. Otherwise empty.
Spreadsheet
The one you picked in setup. The list puts the most recently edited first.
Sheet
The tab inside it you picked next, even one named Q3 spend or Bob's list.
Plain text
A note that starts with =, + or - stays text. It never runs as a formula or turns into a date.

Questions

How do I connect Google Sheets?

In Driftto, add a destination and pick Google Sheets under Sheets and bases. Tap Sign in with Google Sheets and sign in with your Google account in the browser sheet that opens. Back in the app, pick the spreadsheet, most recently edited first, then the tab. The destination takes the spreadsheet's name unless you type another.

Will a note ever turn into a formula or a date?

No. Driftto sends every row as raw text. A note that starts with a dash, a plus sign or an equals sign stays exactly as you wrote it, and 3/4 stays 3/4.

Does the row get a date or a timestamp?

No. The row holds your note in columns A and B and nothing else. If the date matters, say it in the note.

Can a photo go into the sheet?

No. A cell holds text, so the row gets the words only. Attach a photo and Driftto tells you before you send: Google Sheets won't get the photo, just the text.

Does Driftto read my spreadsheets?

Only their names. During setup it lists your spreadsheets and their tabs so you can pick. After that it only adds rows. It doesn't read, change or delete what's already in your cells.

What does Driftto cost?

$19.99 a year after a 7-day free trial, $2.99 a month, or $29.99 once. Yours forever, no free tier.
