What lands in Wrike
One capture becomes one Wrike task, filed in the folder or project you chose at setup. Driftto writes two fields and leaves everything else on the task to you.

- Your first line. Past 255 characters it's cut at a word and ends in an ellipsis.
- Description
- The whole note, first line included, once it runs past one line. A short one-liner arrives as a title only.
- Line breaks
- Kept in the description, so a list still reads as a list.
- Folder or project
- The one you picked at setup. Both show up in the same list.
- A photo
- Not carried. Only the text reaches Wrike, and Driftto says so before you send.

Questions
How do I connect Wrike?
In Driftto, add a destination and choose Wrike under Projects. Sign in to Wrike in the window that opens and allow access. Back in Driftto, one question is left: Which folder? Your folders and projects share a single list, without the workspace root and the Recycle Bin.
Is this for my own tasks or my team's?
Both, and it depends on the folder. Pick a folder only you work in and Wrike becomes the list you add to on the go. Pick a shared project and the task sits there with the rest of the team's work. Driftto doesn't set an assignee, so nobody gets pinged until you decide.
Can I send to more than one Wrike folder?
Yes. Add Wrike again with another folder and choose the destination per note. One Wrike sign-in covers all of them.
Does a photo come along?
No. Only the text reaches Wrike. If you attach a photo while Wrike is one of your destinations, Driftto tells you before you send: Wrike won't get the photo, just the text.
What if a task doesn't make it?
While it travels you see On its way · Waiting on Wrike. If Wrike turns it down, you see Didn't reach Wrike with Try again underneath. If your Wrike sign-in has expired, Driftto asks you to connect again rather than retrying forever.
