The best Notion integrations in 2026 What keeps Notion in sync, and what fills it.
Notion is only as useful as what is in it. Some integrations keep it in step with the tools your work already runs on. Others get new things into it, from the web, from what you read, or from your phone. These ten each do one of those jobs well.
I build Driftto, and it is on this list. It sits eighth, at the top of the part about getting things into Notion, because that is its only job: a thought you type or speak on your iPhone becomes a page in a Notion database. Every other integration here is one I would point a Notion user to.
The list has two parts. First the integrations that keep Notion in step with your calendar, chat, files and code, plus two for building your own automations. Then the ones that get new things into Notion. Plans, prices and limits come from Notion's help center and pricing page, each app's App Store page and official site in October 2026.
The short list
Seven of these keep Notion in step with the tools you already use: Notion Calendar, Slack, Google Drive, GitHub, Jira, Make and Zapier. Three get new things into Notion: Driftto for a thought typed or spoken on your iPhone, Notion Web Clipper for web pages, and Readwise for highlights from books and articles.

1 Notion Calendar
Notion · iPhone, Android, desktop, web
Add this one first if your Notion databases carry dates. Tasks and meetings end up on the same screen.
- Price
- No extra cost. It comes with every Notion plan, the Free plan included.
- Works with
- Google, iCloud and Microsoft Outlook calendar accounts.
- What it does in Notion
- A database with a date property shows up as events. You can change titles, dates and some properties from the calendar.
- Setup
- Connect your workspace in Notion Calendar's settings, then add a database view. Adding one works only on desktop or the web.
- The catch
- Database items show only inside Notion Calendar, not in Google Calendar or iCloud. You can add up to 20 databases.
Most Notion setups have a tasks or content database with a date on every row, and those dates are easy to forget when your meetings live somewhere else. Notion Calendar puts both on one grid. Move a task to another day and its date changes in Notion. With edit access to the database you can add pages from the calendar too.
2 Slack
Notion · Slack and Notion
Two-way in the useful sense: Notion changes show up in Slack, and a Slack message can become a Notion page.
- Price
- Notion's pricing page lists Slack with the Plus plan, $10 a member a month billed yearly. Alerts from automations and buttons need a paid plan.
- Works with
- Slack channels. Private DMs can't be picked as a place for database alerts.
- What it does in Notion
- Unfurls Notion links in Slack, posts to a channel when a database changes, and saves a message as a page with /notion create.
- Setup
- Add a Slack action to a database automation and pick the channel. You need full access to the database to set it up.
- The catch
- The /notion create and /notion task commands work in channels, not in threads.
This is the integration for a team that talks in Slack and plans in Notion. Set a database to post when a status changes, and nobody has to announce that a task moved. Going the other way, Send to Notion in a message's menu files a decision or an idea in a database before the conversation scrolls away.
3 Google Drive
Notion · Google Drive and Notion
The simplest way to stop hunting for the right Doc. The file appears on the Notion page it belongs to.
- Price
- Notion's pricing page lists Google Drive with the Plus plan, $10 a member a month billed yearly.
- Works with
- Any file in your Google Drive, by link or through the /google menu.
- What it does in Notion
- Shows a Drive file as a preview on a page, and lets a database hold files in a Google Drive File property.
- Setup
- Paste a Drive link and choose Paste as preview. The first time, Notion asks you to authorize Google.
- The catch
- It shows files, it doesn't copy them. The documents stay in Drive and you still edit them there.
Plenty of teams write in Notion and keep their spreadsheets and slide decks in Google. This connection keeps that split from hurting. Type /google on a project page, pick the file, and it sits there as a preview. In a database, a Google Drive File property gives every row its own attached document.
4 GitHub
Notion · GitHub and Notion
Gives a product team one Notion view of what engineering is shipping, without anyone copying links over.
- Price
- Business plan only: $20 a member a month billed yearly, or $24 monthly.
- Works with
- Pull requests, issues or both, from the repositories your GitHub App installation covers.
- What it does in Notion
- Keeps a database of pull requests and issues with state, author, labels and branches. You add your own properties next to them.
- Setup
- Pick repositories and a history window: everything, or the last 30, 90 or 365 days. Updates run with Notion closed.
- The catch
- One way only. Synced fields are read-only, and records that age out of the window are removed with your notes on them.
Once the sync runs, a pull request is a row like any other, so you can relate it to a roadmap item, filter it into a board, or roll it up into a launch page. If you used the older GitHub sync, Notion asks you to set up the new one by October 30, 2026. After that date the old synced databases stop updating.
5 Jira
Notion · Jira Cloud and Notion
The way to show Jira work inside Notion specs and plans while engineering keeps working in Jira.
- Price
- Managed syncs need Business or Enterprise. On lower plans you can connect a Jira account but not start a sync.
- Works with
- Jira Cloud only. Jira Server and Data Center aren't supported.
- What it does in Notion
- Creates two linked databases, Jira Spaces and Jira Work Items, with status, priority, assignee, dates and the description in the page body.
- Setup
- Choose spaces, which custom fields to bring along, and a history window. Notion then checks Jira for changes by itself.
- The catch
- Read-only in Notion, and comments and attachments don't come across. Every change still happens in Jira.
For a team where product writes in Notion and engineering lives in Jira, this ends the screenshot pasting. A spec can relate to the work items that build it, and their status stays current without anyone touching it. Notion-only properties you add, like a priority for the next review, stay in Notion and never reach Jira.
6 Make
Make · Web, with an iPhone app
For the connection Notion doesn't offer. You draw the flow yourself, from triggers and actions, and it runs on its own.
- Price
- The free plan has 1,000 credits a month and runs at most every 15 minutes. Paid plans run as often as every minute.
- Works with
- Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, Trello and the rest of Make's catalog.
- What it does in Notion
- Watches a database for new or changed items, creates items, and appends content to pages.
- Setup
- Build a scenario on make.com from modules. The iPhone app can start a scenario with a button tap or with Siri.
- The catch
- You design and maintain every flow, and each run spends credits. A busy scenario empties the free credits quickly.
Make is where you go when the integration you want doesn't exist. A form answer becomes a Notion page, a new row in Sheets updates a status, a finished task sends an email. You see the whole flow as connected modules, which makes it easier to fix when one step breaks. Expect an afternoon of setup for anything with branches.
7 Zapier
Zapier · Web
The easier way into automation. One trigger, one action, and a Notion page appears when something happens elsewhere.
- Price
- The free plan has 100 tasks a month and two-step Zaps. Professional is $19.99 a month billed yearly, or $29.99 monthly.
- Works with
- Notion on one side, and any app in Zapier's catalog on the other.
- What it does in Notion
- Triggers on new or updated data source items, pages and comments. Actions create items and pages, update them, or add content.
- Setup
- Pick a trigger app, then Notion as the action, and map the fields to your database properties.
- The catch
- The free plan allows one trigger and one action. A Zap with more steps needs a paid plan.
Zapier reads like a sentence: when this happens, do that in Notion. A new form entry becomes a database item, a starred email becomes a page, an updated Notion item posts somewhere else. Where Make shows you a diagram, Zapier walks you through one step at a time, which suits a first automation. Its Find or Create action also keeps you from making duplicates.
Getting things into Notion From your phone, the web and what you read.
8 Driftto
Made by me · iPhone
The fewest steps from a passing thought on your iPhone to a new page in your Notion database.
- Price
- Free to download. $2.99 a month, $19.99 a year with a free week for new subscribers, or $29.99 once.
- Works with
- iPhone, with Siri, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and a Control Center control on iOS 18.
- What it does in Notion
- Each capture becomes a new page in the database you picked when you connected Notion.
- Setup
- Connect Notion once and choose the database. One capture can also go to Notion and Apple Reminders at the same time.
- The catch
- The whole note becomes the page title. Nothing goes into the page body, so a long note makes a long title.
Driftto opens to a capture field with the keyboard already up. You type or speak, tap Notion, and the note is a page in your inbox database. Saying "Hey Siri, new capture in Driftto" does the same without touching the phone. It suits the short things: a task, an idea, a name to look up later.
I built it because the slow part of saving an idea was never the typing, it was everything before it. If your notes need a body as well as a title, use another route. How Driftto and Notion fit together.
9 Notion Web Clipper
Notion · iPhone, Android, Chrome, Safari
Already inside the Notion app's share sheet. The quickest way to keep an article or a recipe in a database.
- Price
- No extra cost. It ships inside the Notion app and as a browser extension.
- Works with
- Safari and Chrome on iPhone through the share sheet, plus extensions for Chrome and Safari on a computer.
- What it does in Notion
- Saves the page into a page or database you choose and fills a URL property with the original address.
- Setup
- In Safari, tap Share, open More and switch Notion on. Then pick a workspace and a page, and tap Save.
- The catch
- On iPhone it clips whole web pages and photos only, not posts from other apps. Tags you add afterwards, in Notion.
Make a links database once, with properties for topic and status, and the clipper becomes a reading list. Every page you save lands there with its address filled in, ready to sort later. Some sites clip cleaner than others, because every site is built differently, so check the first few before you trust it with everything.
10 Readwise
Readwise · iPhone, web
If you highlight in Kindle or a read-later app, this puts every highlight in Notion without copying a line.
- Price
- $9.99 a month billed yearly, or $12.99 monthly, after a 30-day trial. The cheaper Lite plan leaves out Notion export.
- Works with
- Highlights from Kindle, Instapaper, Pocket and more, plus an iPhone app.
- What it does in Notion
- Builds a Readwise table with one page per book, article or podcast, and adds new highlights to the bottom of each page.
- Setup
- Turn on the Notion export once. With Export Automatically on, new highlights arrive through the day.
- The catch
- It only appends. Change a highlight in Readwise after it synced, and Notion keeps the old version until you export again.
Readwise fills Notion with what you read, not what you think up. The table it creates has views per type, so books, articles and tweets stay apart. You can rename pages and add your own properties; the sync won't overwrite them. Just leave the default properties alone, because changing their type breaks it.
How I picked
An integration made the list if it does a clear job for someone whose work lives in Notion, and if Notion or the maker documents what it does. Sync and automation integrations were judged on what reaches Notion, what stays behind and which plan you need. Capture integrations on one criterion: how few steps stand between a thought on your iPhone and a new page in a Notion database. On that criterion Driftto takes the fewest, so it leads that part and nothing else.
Email is not on the list as its own entry; sending email to Notion has its own piece. Nobody paid to be here and there are no affiliate links. When a plan or a price changes, this page changes with it.
Questions
What are Notion integrations?
Connections between Notion and other tools. Some show another tool's content inside Notion, like Google Drive previews or a synced Jira database. Others send things into Notion or out of it, like the Web Clipper or Slack alerts.
Are Notion integrations free?
Some are. Notion Calendar and the Web Clipper cost nothing extra. The GitHub and Jira syncs need the Business plan, $20 a member a month billed yearly, and third-party tools like Readwise, Make and Zapier have their own pricing.
Can you link Google Calendar to Notion?
Yes, through Notion Calendar, which comes with every Notion plan, the Free plan included. Connect your Google account, then add a Notion database with a date property, and its pages show up next to your meetings. You can change titles and dates from the calendar. Adding a database view works only on desktop or the web.
Do the Jira and GitHub syncs work both ways?
No. Both are one-way into Notion, and synced fields are read-only. You change the issue in Jira or GitHub and Notion picks it up.
How do I add something to Notion from my iPhone quickly?
For a web page, use the Notion share sheet in Safari. For a typed or spoken note that should become a page in a database, a capture app like Driftto takes fewer steps than opening Notion.
